Hi! My name is Annette, Nutritionist and Naturopath, and a few years ago,

a solid night's sleep is ALL I wanted.

I experienced insomnia for the first time in my life. I had no idea why, all of a sudden, I couldn't get a full night's sleep. I had always been a fantastic sleeper but for what seemed like no apparent reason, sleep started to elude me. I found that I couldn't fall asleep for hours, or if I did manage to get off to sleep, I would wake at 2 or 3 in the morning and then toss and turn for the rest of the night until morning came. I was chronically tired, I felt stressed and moody, and my energy was close to zero...I was a mess.


I had to find answers to this thief of a problem.

    When it comes to sleep problems, it is often more about making "tweaks" to your lifestyle and learning some new habits.

    Improvement is a very individual thing. It depends on how your body responds to the changes you make and the herbs/supplements you take. Many people respond quite quickly, while others take more time. There is no definitive answer for this question.


  3. Do I have to come for appointments every week?


  4. I'm a vegan. Will I have to start eating animal products?
    No. I respect the right of everyone to eat a vegan, vegetarian or any other type of healthy diet.
